BMed, FRACGP, Cert Sexual and Reproductive Health

Kate is a generalist GP with a special interest in women's and children's health, reproductive medicine, sports medicine and mental health.

Kate studied medicine at the University of Newcastle and became a Fellow of the Australian College of General Practitioners in 2010.

She enjoys providing holistic "cradle to grave" general practice care, and the day-to-day variety and challenges this offers.

Kate has a particular interest in women's and children's health, reproductive medicine, sports medicine and mental health, and has extensive hospital and community experience in these fields. She is an accredited antenatal shared care provider for RNSH, RPAH and RHW and their affiliated hospitals. She also holds a Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health and is currently completing a Masters of Reproductive Medicine.

Kate has undertaken additional training in mental health care and is accredited to provide focused psychological care.

In addition Kate is involved in ongoing professional development and education, in order to keep up to date with the ever-evolving art of practising medicine.
