Specific areas of interests include women’s health, paediatrics, preventive health checks and weight management Rachel graduated from the University of NSW with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, and Bachelor of Medical Science in 2008. She has subsequently completed a post graduate Diploma in Child Health (through Sydney University and Westmead Children's Hospital) 2011 and a Certificate of Sexual Health and Family Planning (FPNSW) 2012.

She has worked in hospital and general practice settings through Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains, as well as short stints in various rural NSW and QLD locations.

She enjoys the diversity of general practice, and is particularly passionate about motivating people with the knowledge and resources they need to achieve optimal wellbeing in all dimensions of life, be it physical, emotional, relational or spiritual. Specific areas of interests include women’s health (from contraception and pregnancy, to menopause and beyond), paediatrics including the newborn period, preventive health checks and weight management. When relevant, Rachel integrates nutrition, exercise and stress management into her treatment approach, and derives great satisfaction in helping people implement small but consistent changes that can make a big difference in their daily lives.
