Dr Rachel Bedser is a GP with a special interest in lifestyle medicine. She works closely with her patients to help them take practical steps towards better health, guided by the six pillars of lifestyle medicine: quality sleep, good nutrition, regular movement, healthy stress management, positive social connection, and avoiding harmful substances.
Rachel’s approach is thorough yet grounded — she focuses on small, achievable changes that can make a real difference in her patients’ day-to-day wellbeing. Her patients value her ability to listen, explain clearly, and provide tailored advice that fits into busy modern lives.
Alongside her fellowship in lifestyle medicine, Rachel brings wide experience across family medicine, child health, and women’s health. She also performs minor procedures such as skin excisions with precision and care.
