Our standard appointments are 20 minutes duration because quality medical care often takes time. We are committed to running as close to your appointment time as possible and pride ourselves on our punctuality. We also have flexibility built into our schedule to accommodate emergencies.

Walker Street Doctors is pleased to continue to provide all of our patients with the option of telehealth (video or telephone) consultations. Until now, all telehealth consultations have been bulk billed directly to Medicare.
We have returned to our private billing model in order to continue to provide our patients with a 20 minute consultation as standard and the convenience and safety of being able to consult with us from home or work. Medicare rebates will apply to privately billed phone and video consultations.
Any patient experiencing financial hardship may continue to be bulk-billed at their doctor’s discretion. Some follow up telephone consultations may also continue to be bulk-billed.
Walker Street Doctors does not do coronavirus testing onsite - our doctors will happily provide a referral to a nearby collection centre.
Book online as usual and choose the Telehealth option. The doctor may subsequently invite you into the surgery for examination if required. Regular onsite appointments can only be made for Immunisations. Our nurse will continue to offer onsite wound care and blood test collection.

Dr Shruti Sethi is equipped with the broad range of General Practice skills which she has acquired during her specialty training in rural and regional NSW. She is highly skilled in skin lesion excisions, laceration repair and suturing, implanon insertion and removal and most other office based procedures.
Josephine has a particular interest in Child and Adolescent health and Preventative Health Care.
Kate is a generalist GP with a special interest in women's and children's health, reproductive medicine and sports medicine.
Nerida has a particular interest in Child Health and Antenatal Care.
Chelsea is our experienced practice nurse and plays an invaluable role in the care of patients at Walker Street Doctors.
