How It Works

1. Asynchronous Service:
   Your doctor will review your request during business hours. While most requests are processed the same day, please allow up to 2 business days for completion.
2. Clinical Assessment:
   Your doctor will review each request and may decline if an in-person consultation is necessary. If declined, you’ll receive a prompt refund and an invitation to book an appointment.
3. Eligibility:
   This service is only available to regular patients who have had an appointment in the last year.

Prescriptions

Renewals: Request renewals of previously prescribed medications. We can send your prescription:

• Directly to your phone as an e-script.
• Mailed to your pharmacy of choice.
• Note: This service is not appropriate for prescribing drugs of dependence.

Referrals

Renewals: Request renewal of existing specialist referrals for specialists you have previously seen. Referrals are valid for 12 months from the issue date.

Note: Referrals cannot be backdated. A Medicare requirement states that a mental health care plan for psychology/psychiatry appointments must be completed during an appointment with your doctor.

Medical Certificates

Request a simple medical certificate when you're not well enough to work but not sick enough to need an appointment. This service is ideal for work and school.

Imaging, Radiology, and Pathology Request Forms

Request investigations for medical issues known to your doctor. Forms will be emailed to you, and once results are available, you will be notified to book an appointment with your doctor to discuss.
