Lena is a caring and experienced general practitioner with a particular interest in Women's health and general mental health.
She is a committed GP with over 15years' experience caring for her patients through every stage of life. With a love of general practice, she possesses a broad range of skills in areas including diabetes, asthma, preventative health and travel medicine.
She enjoys all aspects of general practice and has a particular interest in the areas of women's health and general mental health. She holds a Certificate of Family Planning and Sexual Health, is qualified in Implanon insertion and removal, is a registered antenatal share care provider, and has RACGP training for skin excisions.
Lena studied Medicine at Sydney University. Before commencing general practice, she worked as a doctor at Royal Prince Alfred and Balmain Hospitals where she gained experience in general and emergency medicine, paediatrics, geriatrics and obstetrics and gynaecology.She attained her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practice in 2008.
