Dr Simone obtained her MBBS from the Australian National University and holds a Bachelor of Psychology from UNSW. She has over 10 years experience working as a GP and enjoys all aspects of general practice. She has developed particular skills in women’s health, fertility medicine, newborn and paediatric health, weight management and mental health providing chronic and complex care. Dr Simone practices holistic, evidence based and patient centred medicine. She believes in empowering patients through health education to achieve their health goals and best health outcomes. She is passionate about creating safe spaces for her patients across all genders, providing gender affirming care. Dr Simone appreciates the intricate relationship between physical and mental health as well as the value of providing long term care to patients.
She holds a Diploma in Child Health from The Children’s Hospital Westmead, National Certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health and is accredited for implanon insertion and removal.
Outside of medicine, Dr Simone enjoys spending time with her family, running and reading.
